    • who apply for one of the vacancies listed on our careers website, or
    • sign up as independent contractors (“Independent Contractors”) to provide mystery shopping, merchandising, theatre checking and similar services.
  • User of any of the services accessible through our Sites.
  • Users of Eyes:on (version 1) mobile application software (“App”) available to download from GooglePlay and App Store once you have downloaded a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone, handheld or other devices (“Device”); and
  • User of any of the services accessible through the App.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. If you disagree with any of the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately cease the use of the Site or the App, as applicable. This policy should be read together with the terms of use applicable to the Sites and the App, as applicable (“the Terms of Use”).

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you (together “Personal Data”):

Information you give us.

Personal information you provide voluntarily to us. This includes information you provide when you register, register to use the App, download or register the App, subscribe to any of our services, search for an App or service, share data via an App's social media functions, enter a competition, promotion or survey, apply for a job vacancy, request information regarding our services or company and when you report a problem with the App or any of our services.

The personal information you give us may include your first and last name, address, e-mail address and phone number, national insurance number, place of birth, date of birth, age, nationality, username (or ‘Shopper ID’) and password, the Device's phone number and other registration information, financial information, and personal description.

If you contact us by mail, email, web or phone, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

You do not have to provide us with any sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information includes information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual orientation, or criminal offences, sentences, proceedings or allegations. If you choose to provide us with sensitive personal information, by submitting that information to us, you are providing your consent to those details being collected and otherwise processed by us.

Information we collect from your device.

Technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your Device's IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device's wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use and time zone setting.

Content Information

Information stored on your Device, which you provide voluntarily to us, including contact information, friends lists, login information, photos, videos or other digital content and check ins.

Log Information.

Details of your use of any of our Apps including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Location Information

We may also use GPS technology to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by turning off access via your device settings.

Third Party Information

We work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

When you register with us as a mystery shopper or auditor, we may use information we collect from you to:

  • include you on your list of mystery shoppers;
  • manage your account;
  • collect and maintain historical information about your mystery shopping assignments and payments and administer payments;
  • carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us;
  • provide you with information about shopping opportunities and other services we offer that are similar to those that you have already enquired about;
  • notify you about changes to our service; or
  • ensure that content from our Site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer, or;
  • ask for your participation in optional surveys to provide information regarding your buying habits, shopping preferences and related information

Other uses

When you participate in surveys or contests, your information may be used to administer the survey or contest, award prizes (if any) and compile aggregated, anonymised information on the results, which we provide to third parties.

We may associate any category of information with any other category of information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.

Disclosure of your information

We do not sell or share your Personal Data with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We only share or disclose it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

    You are never required to provide us with Personal Data. If you do, you do so voluntarily and are deemed to have expressly opted-in and agreed to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, and transfer, including cross-border transfer, of your Personal Data as explained in this Privacy Policy.

    WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    We use servers in several locations to process and store personal data, including cloud-based servers used by third party providers, located within and outside the EEA. These servers are kept in a secure, locked environment with restricted access and we have on our own and in conjunction with the third parties, established physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

    The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. These staff may be engaged in the fulfilment of your request, order or reservation, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
